Accounts Receivable Coordinator - Contract

Our downtown Toronto client is currently seeking an Accounts Receivable Coordinator to join their Accounting team.

40K plus Vacation!!

General Responsibilities:

* Daily processing of new membership payments
* Membership Renewals - Web Payments daily
* Membership Renewal - Cheque Payments daily
* Run the Auto Credit Card report, update credit card information; Process Auto Credit Card membership renewals (monthly)
* Prepare A/R transaction report weekly; Verify A/R batches and review cheques
* Weekly cheque deposits
* Process purchase orders
* Monthly Inventory Control
* Provide back-up for the A/P Coordinator as needed
* Assist the Accountant and Finance Manager as needed
* Involvement in ad hoc projects as requested
* Provide assistance in year-end audit

Required Skills & Experience:

* Minimum 2 - 3 years of related experience
* Strong Excel skills a must
* Enrolment in the CGA program preferred
* Extreme accuracy and attention to detail a must
* Excellent written and oral communication skills
* Knowledge of Great Plains is an asset
