Bilingual Customer Service Representative
Job Summary:
Process Customers' orders in an accurate & timely manner
Establish & maintain good customer & company relationships
Liaison between sales rep and customer
Assist with customer inquiries and/or complaints
Telemarketing
Minimum Job Qualifications:
Fluent in French & English, both verbal & written
Post Secondary education preferred
Good attention to detail
Good computer skills (Excel, MS Word Outlook)
Good communication skills, both verbal & written
Good time-management skills
Essential Functions:
Order entry, ensuring accuracy & timeliness, of all customer orders
Answering incoming customer inquiries
Prepare customer quotes
