BILINGUAL CUSTOMER SERVICE PROFESSIONAL - Up to $40K

Mississauga

Day Shift

Our client, provider of just in time delivery of printing products and graphic arts is looking for a Bilingual Customer Service Professional to join their team. This is a great opportunity to jumpstart your career with a stable and reputable company.

What are the responsibilities of the job?

* Process new orders, future orders and on hold orders sent in by phone, fax and email

* Ensure pricing and sales procedures are closely followed

* Expedite customer backorders based on customer need

* Find resolution for customers regarding product availability, pricing and billing issues

* Generate reports for sales team and for customers

* Pre-qualify new accounts

What are we looking for?

* MUST have previous re-distribution experience

* Requires 2 years of experience in a customer service/order entry role

* MUST be fully bilingual with French/English

* Strong with MS Office (Word/Excel/Outlook)

* Excellent communication skills
