We are looking for bilingual candidates (French/English) with previous customer service experience to work for an insurance company located downtown Toronto.

The position is starting as soon as possible.



Job Description:

Answering inbound calls from brokers across Canada in French and English

Answering questions regarding home and automotive insurance

Responding to written requests

Other responsibilities as required



Requirements:

Fluent in French and English written and spoken

Previous inbound customer service experience 2-3 years

Post secondary education is an asset but not required

Insurance experience is an asset but not required

You would be working shifts between 8:30am to 7:00pm Monday to Friday
