We are looking for bilingual (French/English) candidates to work for a financial institution with a call centre located in Markham. This is a permanent opportunity with room for career advancement not only in the call centre department but within other areas of the company.



Job Description:

Answering inbound calls in French and English

Assisting customers with general questions about bank accounts, money transfers, opening an account, bill payments and some general investment product inquiries

Working a rotating schedule between the hours of 8am - midnight Monday to Sunday. Shifts rotate weekly on a gradual scale ie. first week 8am - 4pm, second week 9am - 5pm, etc.

Must be available for 8 weeks of full time training.

Requirements:

Must be fluent in French and English

Must have previous call centre or retail experience

Some previous sales experience - there is upselling and cross selling of products and services when applicable

Clear communication skills

Experience with MS Office applications
