Bilingual Customer Service Representative

This is an amazing opportunity for the right individual. This company is growing and really values their employees. In this role, you will handle customer requests in the call centre.
You need to be:

* Flexibility to work different contact centre shifts as scheduled by supervisor (between 8:30 and 6pm)
* College/ university degree or equivalent insurance-related education
* Proven customer service skills and ability to work well with people
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French and English
* Proven ability to solve problems independently and with success
* Ability to work well in a team and to function in a multi-task environment
* Ability to work efficiently and within tight timelines
* Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to follow-up independently
* Aptitude for evaluating, analyzing and interpreting information
* High degree of comfort in working with numbers and systems
* Previous insurance experience is a definite asset, as are CIP courses, or a willingness to take CIP courses through the Insurance Institute
* Proficiency in both French and English reading, writing and conversational skills is a must
