Key Role Responsibilities:

* Liaise with client group and service partner to resolve problems and answer technical inquiries
* Respond and document re accruing problems to submit data to R and D department
* Proactive in promoting company and its products
* Empathic customer relations



Required Experience:

* Post secondary education
* 1 to 3 years in the medical industry
* Strong computer competency
* Solid French and English (will be tested)
* Enthusiasm to join a winning team
