We are looking for bilingual customer service representatives for a one year contract (with the possibility of being offered a permanent position after contract is complete)
with an insurance company located downtown Toronto.
You will be working in a call centre environment answering calls from brokers in French and English
Assisting brokers with questions regarding home and auto insurance
Answering written requests
Other responsibilities as required
Requirements:
Fluent in French and English written and spoken
Previous inbound customer service experience
Post secondary education is an asset
Previous insurance industry experience is an asset
You will be working Monday to Friday shifts between 8:30am - 7:00pm
There is a possibility that you will be offered a permanent role after the one year contract is complete
6-12 weeks of in classroom training
